客家民俗节日活动的体育文化与特征——以兴宁赏灯为例

The physical education culture and characteristic of traditional folk custom in Hakka——taking the admiration of Lantern at Xingning as an example

采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,从客家民俗文化活动的现象及内容出发,对兴宁赏灯活动进行调查研究,结果表明:兴宁赏灯是一项富有客家地区地方特色的原生态民俗活动,体现一个家族的团结、和谐,具有传统性、教育性、宗教民俗性和健身娱乐性等特征,客家民俗活动对实现全民健身及构建和谐新农村具有重要意义。

This essay mainly focuses on the admiration of Lantern at Xingning which typically reflects the traditional folk custom of Hakka in Meizhou with literature survey and logical analysis. The results show that the admiration of Lantern of Xingning in Hakka area is a kind of original folk activity with local characteristics.It shows the community and harmony of a family. The admiration of lantern also proves to be traditional, educational,religious and entertaining. The activity of Hakka folk custom plays an important part in realizing the national fitness and building a harmonious new countryside.
