保证安全是铁路营业线施工的第一要务。从建立安全管理制度体系、完善过程控制、加强现场管理等方面入手,对铁路营业线施工安全管理方法进行阐述。
Safety guarantee has the highest priority in railway operating-line construction. This article describes the methods of railway operating-line construction safety management from such aspects as establishing safety management regulations and systems, improving the process control and strengthening the construction site management.
