输卵管通液诊疗仪联合阴式B超在输卵管检查中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨一种微痛微创、经济、诊断性高的输卵管通畅情况检查的诊断方法。方法选择2013年1月~2015年6月在我服务中心不孕不育门诊要求行输卵管通畅检查的患者168例,所有患者选择月经干净3~7 d进行输卵管通畅情况检查。以诊断输卵管通畅和梗阻两个方面的敏感性为观察指标,对所有患者通液诊疗仪结果和通液诊疗仪联合阴式B超监测通液所得的结果进行分析。结果通液诊疗仪检查输卵管通畅敏感性73.78%(152/206),梗阻敏感性57.14%(24/42)。阴式B超联合输卵管通液诊疗仪诊断输卵管通畅敏感性90.48%(152/168),梗阻敏感性100%。结论输卵管通液诊疗仪联合阴式B超全程监测对不孕症中输卵管的检查敏感性高,是一种优缺互补、微痛微创、低成本、诊断性高的检查手段,值得在基层临床推广。 Objectives To discuss a diagnostic method for tubal patency examination with minimal incision and pain, low cost and high accuracy. Methods A total of 168 patients requiring tubal patency examination in our center from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected and the examination was conducted at 3-7 days after menstrual period. The diagnostic sensibility of tubal patency and obstruction was considered as the observational index, and the results of tubal patent test apparatus by liquid instillation and results of tubal patent test apparatus by liquid instillation combined with transvaginal B ultrasound in all patients were analyzed. Results The sensibility of tubal patent test apparatus by liquid instillation in examination of tubal patency was 73.78%(152/206),and in examination of tubal obstruction was 57.14%(24/42). The sensibility of tubal patent test apparatus by liquid instillation combined with transvaginal B ultrasound in examination of tubal patency was 90.48%(152/168), and in examination of tubal obstruction was 100%. Conclusion Application of tubal patent test apparatus by liquid instillation combined with transvaginal B in whole course monitoring of fallopian tube examination has high sensibility, complementary advantages, minimal incision and pain, low cost and high accuracy, which is worthy to be promoted.
