摘要
代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)是指一系列与胰岛素抵抗相关的引起动脉粥样硬化和血管疾病的危险因素的代谢紊乱症候群,其特征包括中心性肥胖、脂代谢紊乱、高血压、高血糖或糖耐量减低。研究发现,人类下丘脑、肾脏、肝脏、脂肪组织等多种甲状腺外组织表达功能性的促甲状腺激素受体(TSHR),促甲状腺激素(TSH)作用于这些受体,可能通过多个靶点及信号通路参与体内血糖、血脂、血压等的调节及肥胖的形成。
Metabolic syndrome(MS) is a series of metabolic disorder syndrome relating to insulin resistance, which is a risk factor for atherosclerosis and vascular disease. It includes central obesity, lipid metabolism disorders, high blood pressure, high blood sugar and glucose tolerance. Studies have shown that the human's hypothalamus, kidneys, liver and adipose tissue can express functional thyroid stimulating hormone receptor(TSHR) besides thyroid tissue. Thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) bind to these receptors, involving in the regulation of blood sugar, blood lipids, blood pressure and the formation of fat through multiple targets and signal pathways.
