摘要 数据包络模型是一种评价具有相同结构的决策单元之间相对有效性的方法。针对黄土滑坡这种评价单元的特殊性,结合数据包络法的特点,将黄土滑坡稳定性影响因素分为正相关因素和负相关因素,同时引入约束锥对各影响因素进行约束。最终利用锥比率数据包络模型(C^2WH)成功对算例中的黄土滑坡稳定性进行评价,得到了各评价单元的相对稳定性,并对其稳定性进行了全排序。结果表明:C^2WH模型在黄土滑坡稳定性评价的应用过程中,一方面能够充分体现评价结果的客观性,另一方面,也能够通过调整约束锥适当体现不同影响因素的权重。 Data envelopment model is a method to evaluate the relative effectiveness of decision making units that have identical structure. Based on the combination of loess landslide particularity and characteristics of data envelopment method, the stability influence factors can be divided into positive correlation factors and negative correlation factors. Additionally, the constraints cone is invoked to constrain the influence factors of loess landslide stability. The envelopment model (C2WH) of the cone ratio data is used to evaluate the loess landslide stability in the example. Thus relatively stability of evaluation units is obtained. Results show that CZWH model has two advantages: 1) it can reflect the objectivity of the evaluation results and 2) properly reflect different weights of affecting factors by adjusting constraint cone.
