从分析旧的GVC贸易分工模式优缺点出发,具体探讨了新形势中基于GVC的国内价值链的构建,通过分析产业升级和产业转移两种形式的具体操作办法,致力于新形势下中国贸易分工问题的解决,以期为相关的研究工作提供一定的借鉴。

Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the old GVC trade division, this paper discusses the construction of the domestic value chain based on GVC in the new situation. By the analysis of the two forms of industrial upgrading and industrial transfer, this paper is committed to the solution to the issue under the new situation of Chines trade division in order to provide a reference for the relevant research work.
