摘要
从抄表收费工作的现状入手,分析了现有电力营销管理工作中的漏洞,通过自身经验,提出了提高电力营销抄表收费工作要从加大宣传、精细分工和提高管理效率入手。
This paper analyzes the current status of meter reading charging, analyzes loopholes existing in power marketing management work. Through their own experience, this paper puts forward increasing publicity, fine division and management efficiency improvement to improve the electricity marketing meter reading fee work.
