对岗位管理绩效实施过程中存在的问题进行了分析,指出要建立科学合理的绩效考核体系,保证企业稳定健康的运转秩序,为企业快速发展提供稳定的根基。
This paper explores related problems in performance implementation of post management.It points out a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system should be established in order to safeguard the stable and healthy operation order of enterprises, and provide a stable foundation for fast development.
