摘要
通过自由联想、空椅子技术对一名有过早期创伤体验的六年制免费师范生神经症案例进行4次咨询干预,咨询效果良好。启示:基于六年制免费师范生特殊的家庭背景和成长经历,建议其心理咨询工作应着眼于早期创伤经历的挖掘与负面情绪的释放,进而重构认知结构,并以积极的眼光看待早期的负性事件。
Free association and empty chair technique have been used to intervene a neurosis case of a six-year free-charge normal student with early traumatic experiences for four times, which achieved good effect. Enlightenment: Based on the special family background and grow-up experience of six-year free-charge normal students, the psychological counseling work is recommended to focus on the excavation of early traumatic experiences and the release of negative sentiments, reconstruct their cognitive structures, and help them use a positive look at the early traumatic experiences.
