地方师范院校教师文化的现状调查与分析

从价值取向、思维方式、职业情感、行为方式等几个方面对湖南三所地方师范院校的教师文化现状的调查与分析,提出了应通过引导价值取向,培育教师的核心价值观;营造和谐的文化氛围,培养教师积极的职业情感;加强行为文化建设,改进教师行为方式等几个方面加强教师文化建设,促进师范院校教师的专业发展。

Investigation and analysis about the present situation of teachers＇ culture in local normal colleges and universities are carried out from the following aspects： value orientation, way of thinking, occupation passion, way of behavior, etc. To promote the professional development of teachers in normal colleges and universities, the paper puts forward that： teachers＇ core value outlook can be cultivated from value orientation guidance; teachers＇ active occupation passion can be cultivated from harmonious atmosphere; teachers＇ way of behavior can be improved from behavior culture construction.
