大学英语新转型研究

On the Transformation of College English

在回顾大学英语三次转型研究的基础上,从《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》、高考制度的改革、2011年版《义务教育英语课程标准》的颁布、高等教育改革和大学英语新政五个方面证明大学英语新转型的成立,从课程设置、教师发展、教材建设、教学策略、教学评价等方面探讨大学英语新转型的对策。

On the basis of the review of the previous transformations of college English, this paper probes into the five motivations of the new college English transformation, which are the Outline of National Medium-and-long-term Education Reform and Development Planning（Year 2010-2020）, the reform of the college entrance examination system, the issuing of Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standards（Year 2011）, the reform of higher education and the new college English policies. It also suggests the countermeasures from the perspectives of course design, teacher development, teaching material construction, teaching strategies and teaching assessment.
