摘要
改革开放以来,我国科技迅速发展,与国际间的科技交流也日渐增加。在此形势下,担负着企业对外沟通任务的科技翻译显得尤其重要。汉英科技文本翻译中的语言变异与变化现象逐步引起学者的关注。汉英文本翻译中出现的语言变异与变化主要体现在被动语态、性别歧视用语、科技术语以及定冠词等方面。翻译时采用中性词语、正确使用语态、定冠词和科技术语等能有效地提高汉英文本翻译质量。
Because of the rapid development of China＇s science and technology, and international scientific and technological exchanges are increasing since the reform and opening up. Under this circumstance, the translation of scientific and technological texts from Chinese into English plays a very important role in promoting exchange and cooperation among enterprises from home and abroad. The linguistic variation and change, which is mainly embodied in the use of passive voice, sexist language, technical terminology and the definite article, has aroused great interest among scholars. It is efficient to improve the quality of C-E sci-tech translation by using gender-neutral words, voice,definite article as well as terminology properly.
