摘要
针对传统电机运动控制系统存在的稳定性差、控制方式复杂、编程困难等问题,提出一种基于可编程计算机控制器(PCC)的直线电机运动控制系统。将Matlab软件中的直线电机运动控制系统模型直接导入到编程软件AS中,自动生成C代码,通过软件设计和PCC硬件配置,实现控制。该设计使电机运动控制系统在PCC上集成为一体,设计方便,便于直接控制,具有广阔的应用前景。
A linear motor motion control system based on PCC is proposed in this paper, because of poor stability, complex control mode and programming difficulty existing in the traditional motor motion control system. The linear motor motion control system model in the MATLAB software will be imported directly into the programming software, then it automatically generates C code. Through the software design and PCC hardware configuration, it achieves goal. This design makes the mo- tor motion control system integrated into the PCC. So it facilitates design, achieves direct control and has broad application prospects.
