"一村一名大学生计划"是农村远程教育的一种,在其10余年的试点过程中,取得了很大的发展,但也存在一些问题。近年来,电大开放教育在逐步向开放大学转型的过程中,"一村一名大学生计划"只有认识自己的不足,进行必要的改善,才能实现可持续发展,才能为学习型社会作出更大贡献。

＂One village one college student project＂is a kind of rural distance education.In the course of its 10 years development , it has made great progress , but there are also some problems .Open education has transformed into Open University in years recent , only if a village a college student plan recognizes tits own shortcomings and improve them, can it achieves sustainable development , and make a greater contribution to the learning society .
