Analysis on the Professional Development of Young Teachers in Distance Open Education

随着高等教育大众化和高校管理体制改革的深入推进,青年教师作为远程教育教师队伍的重要组成部分,是推动远程教育事业持久发展的动力和人才支持,本文通过对远程开放教育青年教师的职业行为、心理诉求、专业发展等教师职业发展相关问题的研究提出针对性的解决方案。

Along with the popularization of higher education and the reformation of college management system , young teachers , as the important part of distance education teachers , are the motivation and talent support for the development of promoting distance education continuosusly .This article studied professional action , psychological demands and professional development of young teachers within open education ,then put forward corresponding so-lutions which have important meaning to strengthen teachers team construction , and improve the whole quality of teachers and higher education .
