现阶段我国高等职业教育发展的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Education Development in Our Country at Present

目前,我国对高等职业教育的关注和重视达到了职业教育发展以来前所未有的程度,近年来,高等职业教育的办学规模、招生数量不断扩张,与此同时,在内涵式发展、人才培养模式探索等方面也取得了一定的成绩。但是不能回避的问题是,一方面国家对高等职业教育的发展日益重视,另一方面,高等职业教育的发展现状却与理想的期许出现了巨大的反差,高等职业教育的发展面临着重重困境与诸多问题。

At present , the attention to higher vocational education in our country has reached the unprecedent -ed degree .In recent years , the educational scale of higher vocational education has been expanded .At the same time ,achievements have been gainged in the exploration of connotative developiment and talent training mode .How-ever,there are problems to face.On one hand, the state pays more attention to higher vocational education develop-ment;on the other hand , a huge contrast appeared between higher vocational education development present situa -tion and the ideal expectations .The development of higher vocational education is facing many difficulties and prob-lems.
