摘要
现代教育技术既是教育发展的产物,又在推动现代教育的发展。但是,教育技术在教育现代化过程中并不起决定性作用,而是教育现代化的手段,网络化并不必然带来教育现代化。
Mdern education technique is the outcome of the development of edcation , and a pusher the of develop-ment of modern education .However , education technique doesn＇t have a decisive function in the educationcl moderniza-tion, but is a method modernization .The network is not necessary to bring education modernization .
