On Strategies of Developing Shaanxi MICE in Higher Vocational Education under the Silk Road Economic Belt

丝绸之路经济带建设是党中央、国务院主动应对全球形势深刻变化、统筹国内国际两个大局做出的重大战略决策。通过对陕西高职会展教育现状的分析，提出了陕西高职会展教育发展的对策：理念更新是前提；人文教育是支点；队伍建设是关键；内涵建设是基础；赛事引入是途径；协同发展是方向。

Construction of the Silk Road economic belt is a significant strategic decision made by the CPC central committee and the state council dealing with profound the changes of the global situation, coordinating the overall situation at both home and abroad. After analyzing the current situation of shaanxi vocational exhibition education, strategy of developing Shaanxi MICE education is put forward as followings：concept updating is the premise, humanistic education is the fulcrum, team construction is the key, connotation construction is the foundation, competition introduced is pathway and coordinated development is direction.
