高职院校新生教育“三步走”的探索

On Exploring Freshmen Education of＂ three steps＂ in Higher Vocational College

高职新生步入大学后，面对诸多困惑，高校教育内容和教育手段须与时俱进，在其不同阶段采取合适的教育方式，引导学生走出迷惘，走进新环境，走向未来，步步紧扣，达到既定的教育目的。

Since freshmen would encounter troubles and confusions after entering into higher vocational college, the content and means of education in college and university have to keep pace with the times taking appropriate way of education in the different stage, guiding students out of the confusions adapting to the new environment, marching to the future step by step and finally achieve the required purpose of education.
