摘要
针对我国制造技术的发展和企业的现实需求,研究基于无传感器信息的数控机床导轨水平倾角测量方法与技术.无传感器测试是相对于加速度、切削力、图像、温度、声发射、位移、球杆仪等外置传感器提取信息的一种方法,深入数控机床伺服控制系统内置的交流伺服电动机编码器、光栅尺、电动机伺服驱动器霍尔电流传感器等测试元件所提供的信息,对机床导轨水平倾角进行测量,实现导轨水平倾角的无传感器测量.与传统的外置测量装置相比,无传感器信号信噪比更高,而且不仅能在空载下测量,还可以在机床加工过程中测量.
Aiming at the development of manufacturing technology and real-life enterprise needs in China,the testing methods and technology of NC machine tool 's slideway inclination angular are researched. Sensors like vibration,temperature,image,displacement,cutting force,temperature and ballbar were used to acquire the state information. However,the inherent limitations such as high cost,inconvenience mounted,and high bandwidth blocked their practical application as the on-line state observation method of high-performance numerical control machine tool driving systems. A kind of sensorless testing method for numerical control machine tool driving system was proposed,in which signals acquired from the built-in sensors such as AC servo motor output torque,the feedback position by linear scale and motor encoder were employed to test the slideway inclination angular by establishing the relationship models between them. Compared with the traditional testing instrument,the methods can be used not only is no-load situation,but also in machining process. Moreover,the built-in sensor signal had higher signal noise ratio than the external sensor signal.
