摘要 首先通过ANSYS Workbench软件对电容器包装箱3种结构方案在惯性和离心力作用下的对比研究,得出各单元及整个装置的机械强度和钢度等力学特性,并对其第四强度理论相当应力值进行强度校核;其次通过ANSYS Workbench对电容器包装箱进行模态分析,得出其固有频率;最后利用反应谱法对电容器包装箱模型输入3个方向的加速度频谱进行有限元计算,同样对电容器包装箱各构件进行校核。综合经济、自振频率等各方面因素,结合计算和校核结果,选择最优设计方案。 In this paper, three structure schemes of capacitor packaging box at the action of inertia and centrifugal force are compared and studied firstly through ANSYS software, such mechanical characteristics of each element and the complete device as mechanical strength and rigidity is obtained and the strength verification of corresponding stress value of the 4th strength theory is made. Secondly, the simulation analysis of the capacitor packaging box is made by ANSYS and its inherent frequency is obtained. Finally,the finite element calculation of the capacitor packaging model is made by way of inputting acceleration spectrum input from three directions and by the use of response spectrum method, and each structure of the capacitor packaging box is also verified. The most optimized design scheme is selected with such comprehensive considerations as economy, self oscillation frequency, the calculation and verification result.
