摘要
分析了钢铁企业谐波产生的特点及其危害,对永昌钢铁轧钢60万t高线项目用电情况进行了介绍,对其目前的电能质量治理方案进行了分析,测试了系统谐波电压、谐波电流等数据指标。通过对比国家及行业标准要求,分析了目前电能质量问题治理设备存在的不足,提出了应对措施及解决方案。
In this paper, the characteristic and harm of harmonics produced by iron and steel enterprise is analyzed and the power situation of Yongchang Iron and Steel 600 thousand tons rolling steel project is introduced. The treatment scheme of its present power quality is analyzed and such data as system harmonic voltage and current etc is tested. Throughout comparison of national standard and professional standard requirement, the deficiencies of the present power quality treatment equipment is pointed out and corresponding measures and solutions are proposed.
