摘要
采用溶液聚合法,以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐为引发剂,异丙醇为链转移剂,合成了一种二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酸(DADMAC-AA)两性共聚物.研究了反应温度、链转移剂、引发剂对聚合反应的影响,制得产物的固含量为27%~29%,pH为4.2~5.2,粘度为1000~1300 cps.将自制的DADMAC-AA与国外同类产品分别用于洗发水中,该产品具有更好的干发梳理性.
In this paper, polyquaternium-22 was synthesized by solution polymerization method, using DADMAC and AA as monomers, 2, 2CAzobis (2-methylpropionamide) dihydrochloride as initiator, 2-propanol as chain transfer agent. The effects of reaction temperature, chain transfer agent, and initiator were studied. The final product with pH 4.2-5.2, solid content 27% -29% and viscosity 1000cps-1300cps was obtained. Besides, compared with similar product at abroad , our product has better dry combing property.
