统一螺纹量规标准研究及其在AP1000反应堆压力容器主螺栓制造中的应用

Study on Standard of Gages for Unified Screw Threads and Application on AP1000 Reactor Pressure Vessel Main Stud Manufacturing

研究了按ASME B1.2标准规定的统一螺纹量规(通、止规)的设计原则,介绍了统一螺纹量规功能、公差设置、量规尺寸确定等,并针对AP1000反应堆压力容器主螺栓螺纹制造和检测提出建议,为业内及其他统一螺纹制造和检测提供参考。

This paper studies the design principles, function and determination of tolerances and dimensions of gages for unified inch screw thread according to ASME B1. 2 standard, based on which some suggestions are given for AP1000 reactor pressure vessel main studs manufacturing and testing, as reference for in industry sectors.
