摘要
LS17-2-1井为我国自营深水的第一口测试井,该井预期无阻流量高于2000×10~4m^3/d、测试放喷产量达200×10~4m^3/d。由于LS17-2-1井具有水深(1500m)、海底低温(2.8℃)、高产、出砂等特殊性,高产放喷测试中可能存在冲蚀、水合物风险。为了研究测试管柱能否满足测试产量要求并确保测试作业安全,针对该探井测试过程中的不同工况,进行了测试管柱与地面流程能够达到的最大测试流量的评估:分析了影响测试流量的主要因素与关键节点,制定进一步提高测试流量的技术措施;计算确定了测试过程中的主要风险因素、部位,制定了相应的技术对策与预防措施。通过评估研究,解决了LS17-2高产测试中可能存在的问题,认为优化的测试管柱与地面流程可以满足200×10~4m^3/d的放喷要求,保证了我国自营深水第一口高产气井的测试安全。
LS17-2-1 well is the first proprietary deepwater test well in China,whose open-flow capacity is expected to be higher than 2000 ×104m3 / d,and the testing blowout capability is 200 × 104m3 / d. Because of the particularities of deepwater( 1500m),low seabed temperature( 2. 8℃),high production,sand,etc.,erosion and hydrate risk may exist during blowout. In order to study whether the well can meet the security production requirements and testing strings or not,evaluation of the well test string and surface process to meet test production requirements is conducted,the main factors and key nodes affecting the test are analyzed and a further technical measures to improve the test flow production is developed,the main risk factors and locations are determined by calculation. Through these studies,issues that may exist in LS17-2 high yield testing are solved,and the optimized test process can meet the gas blowout requirements of 200 × 104m3 / d,and powerfully guarantee the safety of China's first deepwater proprietary high yield test well.
