准噶尔盆地火山岩地层测试新进展

New Advance of Well Testing in the Igneous Reservoir of Junggar Basin

摘要 近年来,新疆油田在致密油气和火山岩油气勘探不断取得突破,但在该类地层进行电缆地层测试或中途测试(DST)非常具有挑战性。如果没有进行地层测试,则无法获得足够的渗透率和液体性质数据,进而影响完井和试井策略的制定。电缆地层测试在该类火山岩的主要问题是使用常规流动入口进行压力测试和取样的成功率低,泵抽时间长,且数据质量差,滤液的清理不完全,导致难以进行流体识别。全新的电缆测试仪流动入口速星高效封隔器与传统的流动入口相比,其作业成功率大大提升,能够获得高质量的压力和流体资料。与试油结果对比表明,该测试结果具有很高的精度,足以进行关键性的决策。这使得作业者能够避免不必要的中途测试,优化作业方案,确保最佳完井和试井设计。 At the present,breakthroughs have been achieved in oil and gas exploration of tight and igneous oil and natyral gas reservoir of Xinjiang oilfield,while,wireline formation testing or drill stem testing( DST) are very challenging in such kind of formation. Formation permeability and fluids properties will not be enough for making well completion and testing strategy without formation testing. The main problem of it in igneous rock is that the conventional probes has low success rates for pressure surveys and sample collection,long pumping times,poor data quality and incomplete cleanup of filtrate,which causes difficulty in fluid identification. A revolutionary new 3D radial probe( Saturn),compared with conventional probes and packers,has much better successful rate and is able to get high quality pressure and fluids data. The results are precise enough to make key decision for development. It makes operator to avoid unnecessary DST operations,optimize DST plan,and ensure a best well completion and testing design.
