摘要 涩北气田水平井压力高、产气量大,多数井出砂,导致水平井测试成功率低。采用下井工具配重由三节加重杆连同四个滑行器组成,能靠自重下放至规定位置,且滑行器采用球形万向节,减少了遇卡几率。应用该技术,成功完成228井次水平井测试施工,无遇阻、遇卡。 For horizontal well in Sebei gas field,pressure is high,gas production is big,most of it is producing sand,leading to low success rate of well test. Counterweight of the down tools is composed of three slide bars together with four glider machines,setting on specified location by their weight,and glifer machine adopts spherical universal joint to reduce the stuck chance. Application of this technology,228 times of well test operations to horizontal wells have been completed successfully,no blocked and stuck.
