Typical Down Hole Accident Treatment of Oil Test

常见井下事故大致分为管柱遇卡及井下落物两种情况。试油封隔器砂卡、射孔枪炸枪提不动等统称为遇卡事故。凡是落入井内的工具、油管、抽油杆、钢丝绳、电缆等,一切妨碍油井正常生产的物体,统称为井下落物。管柱遇卡后,首先应在一定吨位范围内上下活动管柱解卡,活动一段时间后仍不能解卡的,要及时将卡点以上管柱倒出。井内落鱼为砂卡的,可先进行套铣,然后采用打捞震击组合管柱进行处理。如果还不能解卡,则采用磨铣管柱对落鱼进行转磨,直至解卡。对于井下落物,可根据不同落物情况,选用适当的打捞工具进行处理,在对井下落物处理时,井内有沉砂或地层出砂的,要首先对落物鱼顶进行冲砂,彻底冲洗后方可对落物进行打捞。

The common down hole accident is roughly divided into two situations which are string is stuck and down hole accident for objects.Sand stuck of oil test packer,blast perforating gun cannot being hoisted up are referred to sticking accidents. All of that falls into the hole,such as tools,tubing,rod,wire,cable,etc.,which interferes with the normal production of oil,is collectively known as down hole falling objects. When stuck,firstly it is to move up and down of the stuck string within a certain range of tons,and if it still cannot be unstuck after a period of time,the above string should be pulled out in time. If the well fishing is sand stuck point,washover can be set firstly,and then,combined string processing of the fishing and shock is used. When unstuck,washover string is applied for milling pipe string to fishing until to be stuck. For downhole falling object,according to different situation,the appropriate fishing tool is chosen for processing,in the process of it,when the well has sand or formation producing sand,sand washing to the top of the fishing should be the firstly conducted,the falling objects can be fished after thoroughly washing.
