摘要
对于海上勘探井,由于储层渗透率较低,会对储层进行压裂措施改造,以求取准确的地层参数。改造以后在放喷求产期间,由于储层裂缝闭合、压裂液的性能、人为操作等因素引起支撑剂回流,导致砂堵油管及地面设备,影响了现场施工人员对相关数据的录取。采取合理的工作制度、优化压裂设计方案,对于勘探井,采用包覆支撑剂、井口安装除砂器等措施,可以对支撑剂回流进行有效控制。
For offshore exploration well,due to low permeability of the reservoir,the fracturing measures to it are taken to acquire the accurate formation parameters. Backflow of proppant is caused by factors of reservoir fracture closure,the performance of the fracturing fluid and artificial operation during production period after modification,which results in sand plug of oil pipe and surface equipment to affect field personnel to accept the related data. Taking measures of the reasonable working system,optimizing fracturing design,as well as using coated proppant and wellhead installation desander for exploration well,it can control backflow of the proppant effectively.
