摘要
区域水资源承载力评价是进行区域社会经济发展和生态环境建设的基础。通过模糊综合评判模型的建立,选取水资源~社会经济~生态环境3个系统的12个评价指标,以辽宁省为例,对14个行政分区进行水资源承载能力评价。结果表明,沈阳市和大连市水资源承载力较高,而朝阳市和葫芦岛市承载能力全省较低,说明水资源分布不平衡和优化配置问题还突出存在,影响了进一步的开发能力。针对以上情况,有效地提出对策,从根本上提高辽宁省水资源承载力。
Bearing capacity of regional water resources is the basis for regional socio-economic development and ecological environment construction. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model by selecting water resources-social and economic-ecological environment in the three systems 12 index,in Liaoning Province,for 14 administrative districts were water resources carrying capacity. The results showed that the higher carrying capacity of water resources in Shenyang and Dalian,and Chaoyang City and Huludao low carrying capacity of the province,indicating that the uneven distribution of water resources and optimize the allocation also highlighted the presence affected the further development capacity,thus propose effective measures to improve the water resources carrying capacity in Liaoning Province fundamentally.
