摘要
在社会交换理论的视角下探讨组织分割供给与员工工作→家庭冲突、工作卷入之间的关系。采用组织分割供给量表、工作→家庭冲突量表和工作卷入量表对254名企业员工进行施测,使用偏差矫正的非参数百分位bootstrap法对其进行检验。结果表明:(1)组织分割供给可以促进员工的工作卷入;(2)组织分割供给可以通过减少员工的工作→家庭冲突提高员工的工作卷入水平。
From a social exchange theory perspective, the relationship among organization segmentation supplies, job involvement of employees and work→family conflict on them was explored. A total of 254 employees were evaluated with a questionnaire which consisted of Organization Segmentation Supplies Scale, Work→family Conflict Scale and Job Involvement Scale. The deviation correction of nonparametric percentile bootstrap method was used to test it. The results showed that: ① Organization segmentation supplies had positive impacts on job involvement of employees; ② Organization segmentation supplies could improve job involvement of employees through decreasing work→family conflict of employees.
