摘要
为了探讨知识型员工工作倦怠、工作投入对心理健康的影响,采用工作倦怠通用量表(MBI-GS)、工作投入量表(UWES)、一般心理健康问卷(GHQ-12)对北京市727名信息企业知识型员工进行评估。结果显示:(1)知识型员工工作倦怠的三个维度与心理健康呈负相关,工作投入的三个维度与心理健康呈正相关;(2)情绪衰竭、玩世不恭、成就感低落均对心理健康有负向预测作用;(3)活力、奉献对心理健康有正向预测作用。
727 information enterprise knowledge workers in Beijing were tested by Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale(UWES), General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-12) to explore the impact of job burnout and work engagement on general health. Results showed that:(1) The three sub-scales of job burnout were negatively correlated with general health while the three sub-scales of work engagement were positively related with general health;(2) Exhaustion and cynicism and reduced professional efficacy could negatively predict general health;(3) Vigor and dedication could positively predict general health.
