Absorb the Essence of Traditional Chinese Culture and Implement the Idea of Ruling the Country by Law

依法治国的精神要素离不开中华传统文化的滋养。无论是儒家的礼治、德治和人治思想,法家的人性论和功利主义,还是传统文化的"八德",都深深地融入到了治国理政的精神要素之中。只有从依法治国的文化依存上进行路径探索,不断争取广泛的社会文化认同,才能最终实现依法治国。

The spiritual elements of ruling the country by law are inseparable from nourishment of traditional Chinese culture. Confu- cian ritual governance, rule of virtue and rule of man, Legalist theory of human nature and utilitarianism, or ＂Eight Virtues＂ of traditional culture is deeply integrated into the spiritual elements of management of state affairs. In order to ultimately achieve ruling the country by law, we have to explore based on the culture of the rule of law and constantly strive for a wide range of social and cultural i- dentity.
