Cultural education is the essential attribute and important mission of school culture in universities. In order to achieve the goal of cultural education in colleges and universities,we should build material culture for the educational form; to develop spiritual culture for the educational soul; to foster institutional culture for the educational security; to shape behavioral culture for physical education.
