摘要
建设工程传统进度计划制定和实际执行往往脱节,导致计划管控效率低下、工期拖延和浪费现象十分普遍,据此精益建造提出运用最后计划者系统技术(LPS)强化计划管控过程。在介绍LPS流程基础上,重点阐述计划的5个不同阶段关键性沟通的特点和作用。比较LPS与关键路径法(CPM)后表明:LPS具有稳定建造系统、提高施工安全、减少等待闲置、有效分散决策、支持有效沟通、管理冲突目标、减少救急事项、转换计划方式、降低建造成本等优势。
Traditional construction schedule planning and actual implementation is often disjointed,leading to inefficient plan,schedule delays and widespread waste,which made Lean Construction use Last Planner System(LPS)to enhance program management and control processes. This paper focuses on features and functions of five critical communications in different construction stages based on the introduction of processes of LPS. By comparing LPS with the critical path method(CPM),it showed that LPS have many advantages such as:stabilizing project-based production systems,increasing construction safety,reducing waiting and slack,managing conflicting objectives,supporting effective relationships,decentralizing decision making,cutting "fire-fighting" on projects,transforming program mode,and reducing specialty constructor costs,etc.
