摘要
为解决传统人工对印刷品质量检测存在的漏检、无法保证统一标准、检测效率低下等问题,采用基于机器视觉的检测系统,利用CCD线扫描相机对待检测的印刷品进行图像采集,在MATLAB环境下,对采集的印刷品图像与标准图像进行配准,找出两者间的差异,并显示出来,从而实现对印刷品质量检测的智能化。结果表明,该检测方法对于飞墨、漏印等常见印品质量问题的检测效果较好。
In order to solve the problem of traditional manual on the printing quality detection in the presence of missing,which can not guarantee the uniform standards,the detection efficiency is low,a new method based machine vision is proposed. The image is acquired by using CCD line scan camera,towards the detection of printed image acquisition. In the environment of MATLAB,we register the printed image and standard image,and find out the differences between them,which is to find out the differences in sampling image and standard image and display them,so as to achieve the intelligent on printing quality detection. The results show that the detection method for droplets,stencil and other quality problems common print better detection effect.
