RNAi技术应用于制备诊治卵巢癌的MR成像分子探针

RNAi technology applied to the preparation of molecular probes for diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer

摘要 近年来随着分子影像学研究的深入发展,分子探针的设计、开发方面也取得了长足的进步。作为一种高效的序列特异性基因剔除技术,利用RNA干扰理论制备用于分子成像的探针,可望在对相应恶性肿瘤做出早期特异性诊断的同时,实现一体化的靶向基因治疗。本文就RNA干扰技术应用于制备诊治卵巢癌的MR分子成像探针研究做出综述。 RNA interference (RNAi) offers great potential not only for in vitro target validation, but also as a novel therapeutic strategy based on the highly specific and efficient silencing of a target gene. The technique of RNAi could be used for preparing molecular probes, for making earlier and specific diagnosis, and for targeted gene therapy of malignant tumors.
