高铁-公路旅游客运衔接网络的优化

摘要 针对高铁-公路旅游客运衔接网络优化问题,通过对现有旅游组织形式及其适用条件和不足进行总结,构建了高铁-公路旅游客运衔接网络设计双层模型。该模型上层以旅客的广义出行费用及公路客运企业的运营收入为目标函数,下层为基于频率的客流分配。考虑到变量多时计算量大、过程复杂,故选择遗传算法用MATLAB软件编程求解,最终得到备选景区、备选路线选择情况及每条路线的发车频率。实例应用证明了该模型合理有效。 In order to optimize the intermodal tourist transport network design between high-speed rail and highway,the status and trends of HSR tourism were analyzed.A bi-level model of intermodal tourism transport network design between HSR and highway is built.The upper-level model generalized travel costs of passengers and road transport enterprises operating income as the objective function,the lower-level model is passenger assignment based on the frequency.When the variables are large which considered computationally intensive,complex process,the genetic algorithm using MATLAB software programming is selected to solve,to get alternative scenic spots,alternative route choice and each routes' frequency finally.The result is proved to be reasonable,effective and has a practical significance.
