摘要
将灰色聚类法与指标评价体系融合后解决选址问题,是目前较为科学的解决选址问题的方法。为了提高航站楼的认可度,解决航站楼选址难题,首先利用灰色聚类分析法建立了8大指标评价体系:土地可得性及其价格、基础设施利用条件、既有建筑资源可利用性、换乘成本、交通方式衔接状况、机场接驳便利性、城市发展适应性和乘客心理接近性;然后采用层次分析法确定其权重,构造灰色聚类指标体系,并利用灰色聚类分析法建立数学模型;最后运用一个实例对本研究方法进行了验证,结果合理有效,证实了本方法具有实际可操作性。
It has been a relatively scientific method to combine the gray clustering and index evaluation system to solve the location problems.In order to enhance the recognition degree and solve the location problems of city air terminals,the authors utilize the gray clustering to construct eight evaluation index systems:land availability and price,condition of infrastructure utilization,existing building resource availability,transfer cost,convenience of city traffic,convenience of airport convergence,fitness condition of urban development,psychological proximity of passengers.In addition,AHP is used to determine the weight,structuring the weight of constructs the gray clustering index system and building the mathematical model.Finally,an example is given to verify the proposed method,and the result is proved to be reasonable,effective and has practical operability.
