摘要
非公企业工会在维护职工合法权益、促进企业健康发展、推动和谐劳动关系建设等方面具有重要作用。当前,非公企业工会工作取得了一定成效,但活力不足仍是普遍存在的问题,主要缘于组织建设、制度建设以及工作机制等方面的原因。有鉴于此,有必要从组织、活动、维权、机制以及物质保障等方面强化非公企业工会建设。具体来说,就是要从以下方面努力:深化组织建设,增强生命力;积极开展活动,增强吸引力;强化维权职责,增强凝聚力;完善工作机制,增强创造力;加大物质保障,增强战斗力。
Labor unions in non-public enterprises play an important role maintaining employee rights and interests, advancing the healthy devel-opment of enterprises, and promoting harmonious labor relations etc. At present, there has been some success for non-public enterprise labor unions, but a lack of vitality is still a widespread problem. The problem is mainly due to organization construction, system construction and work mechanisms etc. In view of this, it is essential to strengthen the organization, activity, legal rights, mechanisms and material safeguarding of non-public enterprise labor unions. More specifically, it is necessary to make an effort to strengthen organization construction, increase vitality, actively develop activities, increase attractiveness, increase responsibility of safeguarding rights, increase cohesion, improve work mechanisms, increase creativity, enlarge mate-rial safeguards, and strengthen capacity.
