基于上海地区胖体女性群体的肥胖特征研究

Research on Obesity Characteristics Based on Obese Females in Shanghai

为了解肥胖女性的体型特征,对110名上海地区18-55岁胖体女性的肥胖特征进行深入研究。结合适宜中国人群的国际肥胖标准BMI指数与腰围值对样本进行肥胖验证;结合国标体型分类标准对样本的体型特征进行解析,考察了胸腰差分类标准的覆盖率,发现部分样本超出国标分类标准。采集与人体肥胖密切相关的6项围度指标并引入身高、体重2项变量进行分析,得到表征上体肥胖指标2＊腰围/身高、下体肥胖指标2＊臀围/身高,并引入胸围/腰围共3个指标,通过K-means聚类分析,将样本聚为3类。分析结果发现肥胖女性群体的肥胖度随着腰围的增加而增加。

In order to learn the body characteristics of Obese females, this paper makes a deep study on the obesity characteristics of 110 obese females aged 18 to 55 years old in Shanghai. The intemational obesity standard BMI index and waist circumference value which are suitable for Chinese people are used for verification of obesity on sample people. Based on international standard body shape classification, the paper analyzes the body shape characteristics of the samples, studies the coverage rate of the classification standard of thoracolumbar difference and finds out that some samples exceed the international standard classification. By analyzing the collected six circumference indexes closely related to body obesity together with variables of height and weight, three indexes are obtained, that is, the upper body obesity index of2＊waist / height, the lower body obesity index of2＊hip / height and the index of bust / waist. Based on K-means cluster analysis, the samples are divided into three types. The analysis shows that the obesity of obese female group increases with the increasing of waist circumference.
