校企合作视域下雁阵教师团队建设探讨——以中职服装专业为例 被引量:4

摘要 目前中职服装教师团队建设过程中面临很多问题。文章根据雁阵原理对教师团队建设问题从以下4个方面进行探讨,即整体规划设计的运作、个人边界能力的发挥、团队核心技能的磨砺、校企典范项目的植入。 At present, there are many problems in the construction of teaching team of clothing specialty in technical secondary schools. Based on the geese array theory, this paper discusses the construction of teaching team in following four aspects, i.e. the operation of overall planning and design, the playing of individual boundary ability, the sharpening of core team skills and the implantation of model projects of school-enterprise cooperation.
