无水条件下调剖用有机酸铝交联齐CJL-1的研制及其性能评价

摘要 针对水溶液中反应合成的有机酸铝交联剂稳定性差的缺点,在无水条件下合成出有机酸铝交联剂CJL-1。最佳反应条件为:反应温度为55~60℃,反应时间为8h,产物pH值为8.0。该交联剂成胶时间为21.5h,成胶后黏度达到81457mPa·s。凝胶强度为中等凝胶,成胶后的凝胶置于60℃下老化6个月,黏度保留率为92.91%,交联后的凝胶在0.100000mg/L矿化度的水中6个月之内不分散。CJL-1性能满足现场使用要求,具有良好的应用前景。 According to the disadvantage of poor stability of organic acid aluminum crosslinker synthetized by reactions in aqueous solution, a kind of organic aluminium crosslinker CJL-1 was synthesized in anhydrous conditions. The optimum reaction conditions are 55 -60℃ of reaction temperature, 8.0 hrs of reaction time, 8.0 pH value of the products. It was also found that the gelling time of CJL-1 was 21.5 hrs, with viscosity of 81457 mPa·s after the gel produced. The gel strength was medium level. The retention ratio of the gel viscosity is up to 92.91% placed at 60℃ for 6 months. The gel after crosslinking does not disperse in 0-100000mg/L-salinity solutions within 6 months. CJL- 1 can meet the requirements of oilfield application with a good application prospect.
