摘要
以丙氨酸和苯丙氨酸为手性源,通过四步反应,以较高的产率合成了四种含有二肽的旋光性不同的新型手性二酸单体。将这些二酸单体与4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)直接进行缩聚得到四种旋光性不同的手性聚酰胺酰亚胺(PAIs)。采用核磁,红外等确认了聚合物的结构;采用自动旋光仪测定了物质的比旋光度值,表征了物质的手性;采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热失重分析仪(TGA)研究了聚合物的热性能。选取常见的溶剂测试了聚合物在常温常压下的溶解性。聚合物中引入的二肽有望对其生物活性和生物降解性能产生影响。
Four new kinds of different optically active diacid monomers were synthesized with alanine and phenylalanine as a chiral source.Synthesis process includes four steps reaction whose yield is higher.Four new chiral poly( amide-imide) s( PAIs) were synthesized by the direct polycondensation reaction between chiral acids and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether( ODA).The structure of the monomer and polymer was confirmed by1 HNMR,FT-IR. Optical properties were studied by automatic rotation. Using DSC and TGA studied the thermal properties of the polymer. The solubility of the polymer was tested by selecting common solvents at roomtemperature and atmospheric pressure. The dipeptide contained in the polymer structure expected affect the biological activity and biodegradation properties of the polymer.
