Tentative Discussion on Moral Adjusting and Controlling System

要充分发挥道德的作用，实现社会主义道德整合，达到道德调控的目的，就必须首先弄清道德调控机制本身的结构体系问题--完善的道德机制体系包括道德的内心信念机制、环境舆论机制和社会行为机制三大层面。而三大机制又各有其不同的层次，形成相对独立的子系统，再由其构成完整的道德调控机制体系。构建完善的社会主义道德机制体系，是现代化社会的基本前提。

We must realize the moral adjusting and controlling system first in order to develop the moral effect-uniting the socialism morals. The perfect moral system includes three sub-systems: the system of faith, the system of public opinion, and the system of social action. Each sub-system also has its lower systems. It' s the basic premise for modem society to establish the socialism moral adjusting and controlling system.
