摘要
目的:探讨64排CT及超声心动图对冠状动脉异常起源于肺动脉(ACAPA)的诊断价值。方法:搜集2014年6月-2015年9月冠状动脉起源于肺动脉的5例患者的临床及影像资料,结合文献分析其影像学表现。结果:超声心动图及MSCT对5例ACAPA诊断明确。MSCT显示右侧冠状动脉异常起源于肺动脉右窦1例,左侧冠状动脉起源于肺动脉2例,左冠状动脉前降支及回旋支共干起源于肺动脉1例,左副冠状动脉起源于主动脉左窦1例。结论:超声心动图及MSCT可明确诊断ACAPA,在临床上可作为诊断冠状动脉起源异常的常规检查方法。
Objective.. To investigate the diagnostic value of 64-slice CT and doppler echocardiography in the patients with anomalous origin of coronary artery from pulmonary artery (ACAPA). Methods:The clinical and imaging data of 5 pa- tients with ACAPA from September 2015 to June 2014 in our hospital were collected and analyzed and relevant literature was reviewed. Results: Five cases of ACAPA were clearly and accurately diagnosed by Doppler echocardiography and MSCT. MSCT showed that right coronary artery originated from the right pulmonary sinus in one case,left coronary artery originated from pulmonary artery in two cases,left anterior descending branch and left circumflex branch arised from a com- mon stem which were originated from pulmonary artery in one case,the left accessory coronary artery originated from the left sinus of aorta in one case. Conclusion.. Doppler echocardiography and MSCT can be used as a reliable and conventional dialnostic method for anomalous origin of coronary artery.
