按订单设计生产模式下制造企业竞争优先权特征研究

摘要 按订单设计生产模式是制造企业为了满足不断增加的客户个性化和多样化需求而采取的新的生产模式。在按订单生产模式下,通过对按订单设计生产模式特征以及相关的竞争优先权特征的分析,提出假设。通过运用国际制造业战略调查2005年的第三次调查问卷数据,对于按订单设计生产模式下竞争优先权特征进行分析,结果显示在按订单设计生产模式下,质量与交付和创新之间存在着正相关关系,交付与柔性之间存在着正相关关系;交付、柔性和创新之间也存在着相关关系,证实了按订单设计生产模式下竞争优先权特征的假设。本研究一方面是对于生产模式研究领域的理论拓展,另一方面对制造企业按订单设计生产模式的决策具有一定的指导价值。 Production mode of DTO is manufacturing enterprises which take the new production mode for meeting the increasing demand of customers personalized and diversification. Under production mode of DTO, this paper puts forward a hypothesis by analysis on characteristics of production mode of DTO and relative competitive priorities. Based on International Manufacturing Strategy Survey(IMSS) 3rd database on 2005, this paper analyzes characteristics of competitive priorities on Production mode of DTO, and the results indicate that there is a positive correlation among quality and delivery and innovation, between delivery and flexibility; there is also a correlation among delivery and flexibility and innovation, and tests this hypothesis on characteristics of competitive priorities on Production mode of DTO. This research is both theoretical development of field of production mode and practical value for decision of production mode of DTO.
