摘要
企业的创新能力是如今创新型企业管理者所关注的一项重要指标。在目前我国劳动力成本不断提高、大规模低端制造业竞争力逐渐降低的情况下,如何认识企业家个人特质对企业创新的影响,以引导更多对市场和整体经济有益的创业者加入经济转型的大潮中,是需要给予重视的一项重要内容,需要研究人员在理论方面不断深化研究。西方过往的一些研究将视野集中于已受过良好教育和熏陶的个体创新上,对个体特征对企业创新影响的机制做了一定的研究。本文以此为基础,引入我国的市场背景,探索企业家个人特质与企业创新能力的内在机理,从实证研究的角度对我国企业中,这些变量相互影响的情况进行了分析,提出研究可以参考和依据的模型,完善了相关课题在我国的研究,也为创业者的实践提供了可以参考的信息。
The capability to innovate is a major factor that most managers are now paying attention to. Under such circumstance, as well as the rising of labor costs, it is an important issue that worth more attention considering how the individual characteristics influence the innovation and how to attract more innovators to the vast shift of economy. The research needs people to look further and deeper. Researchers in the west have highlighted their theories upon subjects that are both educated and decent, which this article were built on. This research took Chinese markets into consideration, and analyzed how the variables affected on each other. To make such effort, a new model of theory could be used. In this article, the new model tries to take more factors into consideration and provide information for further research.
