摘要
选取某职业学院的教师校本培训中的一个外国培训项目作为研究对象,探索培训效果评估途径;借鉴柯氏四层次评估模型,通过问卷与访谈调查,分析在职业院校教师校本培训中引入外国培训项目的成效,并提出促进培训转化的若干建议。
This paper introduces a foreign training program into school-based training for teachers of vocational schools and explores ways to evaluate the effectiveness of training based on Donald Kirkpatrick's four-level training appraisal theory through questionnaire and interview survey. It also analyzes the effectiveness of the introduction of foreign training programs in school-based training for teachers of vocational schools and made some recommendations to promote the training transformation as well.
