早期肠内营养在喉癌患者术后营养支持研究

Study on application of early enteral nutrition support for patients after laryngeal cancer surgery

目的观察喉癌患者术后早期应用肠内营养制剂对患者营养状况的影响。方法选取2010年5月至2014年6月行根治性手术的喉癌患者76例,患者随机分为实验组和对照组。分别观察两组患者手术后第1d、第12d的营养指标及免疫指标的情况。结果与术后第1d比较,术后第12d两组患者TP及HB数值均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者HB升高更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉癌患者术后行早期肠内营养支持可明显改善机体营养状况。

Objective To evaluate the nutritional status in laryngeal cancer surgery patients receiving early enteral nutrition support. Methods Totally 76 cases of laryngeal cancer patients after surgery from May 2010 to Jun 2014 were randomly assigned into two groups. The nutritional status and immune functions of the patients were examined in the 1st and12 th day after surgery. Results On the 12 th day,the levels of TP and HB in two groups were both significantly increased compared with the first day（ P〈0. 05）. Comparing to the control group,the levels of HB in the experimental group were more significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The early enteral nutrition support can improve the nutritional statusand in patients after total laryngectomy.
